My name is Leah Faulkner. I grew up in the Midwest in the Greater Kansas City area, specifically on the Kansas side with all the cornfields and cows. I attended Missouri State University in Springfield, MO, where I majored in Graphic Design and Illustration and minored in Advertising and Promotions.
As an extroverted optimist, I approach work with a positive and collaborative attitude. I believe in finding opportunities for growth and improvement in every project, setback, and new challenge. I'm constantly striving to refine my workflow and become the most efficient designer I can be. At the end of the day, my goal for every project is to keep a user-centered focus so that every project is designed with the target audience in mind.
I'm currently based in the Greater Seattle, WA area with over 5 years of professional design experience in UX/UI, motion graphics, email coding, broadcast, layout, web, social media, and print. My current role is Senior Graphic Designer at Ziply Fiber, a growing local fiber internet company.
